Hi, I’m Seeta — founder of Redefining Shakti, where South Asian women come to reclaim their strength, reconnect with their bodies, and live without restriction through 1:1 Online Coaching.
Whether you’re a mom, a busy professional, or just tired of putting yourself last, this space was made for you. I know firsthand how cultural expectations can leave us burnt out, disconnected, and stuck in cycles of starting over every Monday.
My own journey began over a decade ago, not in a gym, but in the middle of hectic corporate life — juggling long hours, endless events, and the pressure to be everything for everyone. I tried it all: crash diets, cardio overload, and “wellness” that left me exhausted.
Living with endometriosis and adenomyosis led me to a deeper understanding of women’s hormonal health — and a passion for helping others do the same. Today, I help women feel strong, confident, and fully in control of their health — without giving up the food, family, or culture they love.

We see you, We've been you...
These are the struggles many South Asian women face:
Putting others first makes self-care feel selfish or shameful
The pressure to be thin, not strong
You're never "just right" - too skinny or too big
